New roof and gutters

 This project involved a comprehensive roofing upgrade that combined advanced asphalt technology with the refined aesthetics of metal detailing. The work began with the installation of CertainTeed NorthGate ClimateFlex shingles, engineered with a rubberized asphalt formula to provide superior flexibility, impact resistance, and weather performance, especially in extreme temperature conditions. The existing roof surface was prepared, underlayment and flashing were installed to manufacturer specifications, and all valleys, ridges, and penetrations were sealed for long-term protection. Complementing the main roof system, a new standing seam metal roof was installed over the front bay window, adding a striking architectural accent while enhancing water-shedding capability and durability. The combination of premium ClimateFlex shingles and precision-fitted metal roofing delivers a high-performance, low-maintenance exterior that blends modern resilience with timeless curb appeal.
