New roof, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters

This project encompassed a full exterior renovation, beginning with the complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing system. The old materials were stripped down to the decking, which was thoroughly inspected and repaired as needed to ensure a solid substrate. A new roofing system featuring CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles was then installed, providing superior weather protection, dimensional depth, and long-term durability. Following the roof work, a seamless aluminum gutter and downspout system was installed to improve water management and protect the foundation from runoff. The project continued with the installation of aluminum-clad window and door trim, enhancing the exterior with clean, maintenance-free finishes. The aluminum soffit and fascia were also replaced, improving ventilation and giving the roofline a crisp, uniform appearance. To complete the transformation, Carvedwood vinyl siding was installed, offering a realistic wood-grain texture with enhanced color retention and weather resistance. The result is a cohesive, energy-efficient exterior that combines lasting performance with modern curb appeal.
