New roof and siding

The job began with the removal and proper disposal of the existing roofing materials, ensuring a clean and secure substrate for installation. The new roofing system featured CertainTeed NorthGate ClimateFlex shingles, engineered with advanced polymer-modified asphalt technology to provide exceptional flexibility, impact resistance, and performance in extreme temperature conditions. Velux skylights were installed to introduce natural light and ventilation, carefully flashed and sealed to ensure long-term watertight integrity. On the exterior walls, Hardie stucco panel siding was applied, combining the strength of fiber cement with the timeless look of smooth stucco for a durable, low-maintenance finish. Finally, LP SmartSide trim was installed around windows, doors, and corners, delivering crisp architectural definition and cohesive detailing throughout the façade. The result is a refined, weather-resistant exterior system that enhances both the home’s functionality and visual appeal.
