New roof and gutters

This project involved the successful completion of a full roofing and exterior upgrade, beginning with the installation of new CertainTeed Landmark PRO shingles to provide enhanced durability, improved weather protection, and long-lasting curb appeal. New seamless aluminum gutters were installed to ensure efficient water drainage and safeguard the home’s exterior and foundation. The project also included the installation of new VELUX skylights, which were integrated with the roofing system using proper flashing components to deliver optimal natural light, energy efficiency, and reliable, leak-free performance. Together, these improvements significantly elevated the home’s functionality, weather resilience, and overall appearance.
