Full Makeover

This project involved a comprehensive exterior upgrade beginning with the installation of new CertainTeed Landmark Pro architectural shingles, providing enhanced durability, weather protection, and improved curb appeal. New seamless aluminum gutters were installed to ensure proper rainwater management and long-term performance. The exterior façade was updated with the installation of new LP® SmartSide® lap siding along with coordinated LP door and window trim for a clean, uniform finish. Energy-efficient ProVia Endure full-frame replacement windows were installed throughout the home, complete with new interior jamb extensions and casing for a fully integrated and finished appearance. To complete the renovation, the existing soffit and fascia were prepped and professionally painted, resulting in a cohesive, refreshed exterior with modern, high-performance materials.
