Whole house makeover

 

This project consisted of a comprehensive exterior renovation, beginning with the installation of new CertainTeed NorthGate shingles, which were applied to deliver enhanced impact resistance, superior weather performance, and long-term durability. New aluminum gutters were installed to improve water management, along with new aluminum soffit and LP fascia to ensure proper ventilation, structural protection, and a clean, finished appearance at the roofline. LP window trim was installed to create crisp architectural detail and long-lasting resilience around all window openings. The exterior walls were upgraded with new James Hardie lap siding and complementary cedar shingle siding, providing a high-performance, low-maintenance finish with elevated curb appeal. The project also included the installation of a new garage door, properly aligned and fitted with all necessary hardware for smooth and reliable operation. Collectively, these improvements greatly enhanced the home’s durability, functionality, and overall aesthetic.
