Roof and Siding

 

This project consisted of a full exterior upgrade, beginning with the installation of new CertainTeed Landmark asphalt shingles to provide enhanced durability, weather protection, and long-term curb appeal. The roofing system was installed to manufacturer specifications, including proper underlayment, flashing integration, and ventilation practices. New seamless gutters and downspouts were fitted to ensure efficient water management and protection of the home’s foundation. The exterior façade was upgraded with Mastic Quest vinyl siding and Mastic Cedar Discovery siding, delivering a combination of modern aesthetics, high-performance weather resistance, and low-maintenance durability. As part of the entry system improvements, a new ProVia entry door and matching storm door were installed, ensuring energy efficiency, security, and a refined appearance. Additionally, two new garage doors were installed with precise alignment, balanced operation, and all necessary hardware to ensure smooth, reliable performance. This comprehensive exterior renovation improved the structural integrity, functionality, and overall beauty of the home.
