Sunroom Deck

 

This project involved the construction of a new deck, beginning with the installation of a reinforced framing system engineered for long-term stability, proper load support, and optimal ventilation beneath the structure. The deck surface was finished with AZEK Vintage Collection porch boards, providing a premium, low-maintenance finish with exceptional durability, slip resistance, and refined aesthetics. A new DSI screen and railing system was installed to create a secure, functional, and visually cohesive enclosure, ensuring both safety and comfort for the outdoor living space. All structural posts were wrapped with LP trim, delivering a clean, uniform appearance while adding an extra layer of protection against moisture and weather exposure. Together, these improvements resulted in a high-performance, architecturally polished deck designed for longevity and everyday enjoyment.
