New siding and roof

This project involved a comprehensive exterior renovation, beginning with the installation of CertainTeed NorthGate shingles, which were applied to deliver superior impact resistance, long-term durability, and enhanced protection against harsh weather conditions. On the flat roof section, a 60-mil EPDM roofing system was installed, providing a fully adhered, watertight membrane designed for maximum longevity and performance. The exterior walls were upgraded with LP SmartSide siding, offering a clean, modern appearance along with engineered strength and low-maintenance reliability. To complete the project, all soffit, fascia, and exterior trim were professionally painted, creating a uniform, refreshed finish and ensuring added protection against the elements. Collectively, these improvements significantly enhanced the home’s durability, efficiency, and overall aesthetic appeal.
