Soffit, Fascia, and Gutters

This project involved the installation of new CertainTeed Landmark PRO shingles, providing enhanced weather protection, increased durability, and an upgraded architectural appearance for the home. The exterior roofline was further improved with the installation of new soffit and fascia, ensuring proper attic ventilation, moisture control, and a clean, finished look. New seamless gutters were also installed to optimize water drainage and protect the home’s foundation and exterior surfaces. Together, these improvements delivered a more resilient, efficient, and visually cohesive exterior.
