Full Makeover

This project consisted of a full exterior transformation of the residence, incorporating structural upgrades, premium exterior finishes, and coordinated architectural enhancements. The scope of work began with the installation of new CertainTeed Landmark Pro architectural shingles, followed by the application of a fully adhered 60-mil EPDM roofing system on designated flat roof areas. An accent metal roof was installed above the garage door to provide both visual dimension and long-term weather performance.

The exterior envelope received a complete overhaul with the installation of new LP® SmartSide® soffit and fascia, LP lap siding, and new Hardie shingle-style siding accents. All windows were upgraded with new LP window trim to create a clean, modernized appearance. The remodel also included the installation of a new Kolbe window to improve energy efficiency and enhance natural light.

Architectural details were elevated with the addition of new stone cladding on the front porch, complemented by a custom railing system. A new cedar garage door was installed for enhanced curb appeal and durability. Natural wood elements were further incorporated through the installation of new fir soffits, cedar posts, and decorative gable-style accents. To complete the transformation, all existing brick on the home was meticulously prepped and professionally painted, creating a cohesive and visually updated exterior.

This comprehensive renovation delivered a fully renewed exterior with improved performance, enhanced aesthetics, and long-lasting materials designed to withstand the elements while elevating overall curb appeal.
